The HomeBuying Process:
- Meet with a lender to Pre-qualify (Call me for Info as to who to Call!)
- Begin looking at homes with Realtor
- Make an offer
- Offer is accepted by both Buyer and Seller
- Inspect the home
- Provide Lender with all necessary documentation
- Close on the Home (about 30 to 45 days after acceptance)
- Obtain Keys to home and Move-in!!!
